During rush hour on March 8th Luminous Intervention did a popup projection on a transit bridge that crosses highway 83, visible to Northbound traffic. The projection was in support of the homeless encampment knows as Camp 83, which was located below a downtown overpass, and which had been a long-term home for those who had found no room at the City's homeless shelter, or had resented the enforced curfew hours and rules there. The homeless were scheduled to be evicted by Baltimore City on the day of the projection, though a last-minute push led largely by councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke was able to find most of the residents other temporary housing. The messages projected were "HOUSING IS A HUMAN RIGHT" and "PEOPLE LIVE UNDER THIS ROAD."
